Welcome back and welcome to Hooper Academy.  We are excited to have everyone back and to see all the new faces that have joined our Hooper Academy Family.  We are looking forward to a GREAT school year.

Parents - If you didn't come to open house with your student, please make sure you get the packet from them as it has all of the information regarding the 2026-2027 school year.  This includes the tickets for the Mandatory Fall Fundraiser.  If you didn't come to open house we will be sending your packet home with your youngest student either today or tomorrow.

Attached you will find the 2026 Volleyball Schedule, Football Schedule and Dress up themes for the football season.

The Hooper blankets have arrived. Those that preordered can come pay and pick them up in the office. We have a limited amount extras that are available in the front office. The blankets are $30 each.

         Varsity Volleyball Jamboree Tournament at Macon East

Monday, August 10th - Senior Sunrise breakfast - meet on the football field at 6:03 a.m.

Tuesday, August 11th - PTO meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the lunchroom.  All families are invited.                      We will send out more information in a separate email.

Thursday, August 13th - Volleyball vs. Success Unlimited - B team game starts at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 15th - Clarke Prep Varsity Volleyball Tournament

Monday, August 17th - Meet the Colts program starting at 6:00 p.m.

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Families must complete 10 hours per semester.

New Policy Change:  Parents of senior athletes can complete the 20 hours in either semester.  Hours must be completed by graduation (May 20, 2027).

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100.  This is per year.
